The CIH website has a wealth of housing-related courses covering all housing disciplines from welfare and benefits to more advanced technical courses for housing professionals.

The Sheltered Housing Network provide specialist courses for sheltered and supported housing staff. A number of these courses are recognised as appropriate training for support workers and housing staff by Supporting People Administering Authorities. The Sheltered Housing Network is an ASET registered centre and accredited to deliver ASET national qualifications and awards

Bristol UWE The Faculty of the Built Environment was created in 1992 to promote and strengthen UWE's profile in the disciplines of architecture, planning, housing, surveying, construction, local government, urban studies, geography and environmental management. One of University's largest Faculties, it is multi-disciplinary and has won recognition nationwide for the excellence of its teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate and post experience levels.

CABE Urban Design Summer School is now booking for its intensive 3.5 day residential programme in conjunction with the University of Westminster at the end of June 2005.

The Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies (CSHS) CSHS offers a range of validated training and support services to professionals working in the Sheltered and Supported Housing service throughout the UK. Programmes are delivered through flexible and distance learning; as well as in-house short courses other services include consultancy, good practice and a code of practice for the sheltered housing service.

DeMontfort University More general housing courses from architecture to CIH professional housing diplomas.

APU, Cambridge Housing Courses have been offered at APU for about twenty-five years. They include courses suited to part-time or full-time attendance, at undergraduate and postgraduate level to suit applicants with a range of professional and academic achievements. All couses were re-validated by the University in 2003 and have been validated by the professional body for housing - The Chartered Institute of Housing

Housing Rights Service All HRS courses combine theory and practical casework experience of the subject areas. In addition to problem solving exercises, participants are also invited to explore wider social and attitudinal aspects of the topics and to share and discuss their own advice work experiences.

Leeds Metropolitan University – School of the Built Environment The School has a very broad range of courses, from short courses to Doctoral level, in the professional areas of Built Environment including architectural technology, building engineering, building surveying, civil engineering, construction management, project management and quantity surveying.

SITRA is a voluntary agency and registered charity offering policy advice, training, consultancy and support services on issues connected with the provision of supported housing and care. They train over 3000 individuals each year.

Swinburne Institute for Social Research Swinburne's Housing Courses are flexibly delivered programs designed for people working in the public and community housing sector and related industries such as real estate and property development.

UWIC The Department of Social Sciences at the University of Wales Institute in Cardiff offers several housing courses for undergraduates. They have a particularly varied range of housing courses for part-time study.
